I loved this product it actually worked, prevented my snoring and my partner was able to get a peace night of sleep and I as well got more restful sleep where I wasn't fatigue and had good energy ( i wasnt yawning through breakfast lol). I loved how the product adjust took a couple of tries to find the correct adjustments for me. It does make the mouth protrude more than I like and only other problem was my tip and sides of my tounge rubbing on the mouth guard causing great irration to the point I got glossitis. So I nolonger use the product I contacted customer service and told them about the problem I faced with the product and they honored their warranty.

First off, what a great job with delivery, had it within hours of ordering. 2nd, this product worked so well. I did have jaw pain the first night like what most people say, but with how bad my snoring was it is worth it. I have bad sleep apnia. Id snore so loud my throat hurt the rest of the day the following day. My heart actually started hurting because of how many times id stop breathing. This device made me sleep straight through the night basically. I dint remember when that happened last, maybe 15 years? Yes the jaw pain was decent, but i will continue to use and see if it goes away. Even if it doesnt I would have to say its a fair trade off. Lots of different adjustments for how you would like your jaw placed. Buy this thing if you snore.

I had used this product in the past and lost weight not needing to use it. Recently I gained weight and started snoring heavily again so I decided to purchase and renew my bit pattern on a new mouth guard. So I have snored my whole life I figured it was just something I had to live with. I wake up every morning feeling exhausted and terrible. My wife suggested I had sleep apnea and needed to get a sleep study but I didn’t want to get mask. Things are loud and would suck having to wear every night. I gave this a try and didn’t snore all night (I got a sleep tracker to record my sleep) no snoring, my wife is sleeping better now, and after a week of using it I feel a significant difference in how I wake up.

For years I used a dentist-made appliance that worked pretty well. It broke recently and I bought this as a temporary fix until I could get a new one from my dentist. It actually works better than the dentist-made one, as I have not experienced any snoring with this one whereas the dental appliance did allow a few moments of break-through snoring. It is slightly less comfortable, but I still sleep well with it. As a result, I cancelled my dentist appointment and plan on continuing to use this one. One slight downside: it has a vertical strip that is against the tip of my tongue and which was a little irritating for a few days, but now I don't notice it very much.

Device is much less bulky than my others, which makes it so much more comfortable to wear, keeps it from falling out while I am sleeping, and doesn’t cause sore jaw and teeth in the morning like my previous device. The hinge is the only flaw in that my lips don’t close well over it well. After my first few wears I agreed with the reviewer who said it was unwearably narrow. The maker very promptly offered me a refund - they really stand by their guarantee. Because it has so many good reviews I kept trying it. I found that if I put both top and bottom teeth in at the same time, it is painful. If I just put the top teeth in, relax my mouth, and let the bottom teeth naturally fall in place, it is very comfortable.

I've tried multiple different types of these devices. I keep coming back to this one. This one has a top and bottom bite guard that is hingesd in the back with an adjustable length hinge. Others are fixed in the front, which doesn't allow you to open your mouth without dislodged their guard. Stay in the lowest recommended length of hinges and give it a little time if you need to get used to it. It works!!

Be patient! First follow instructions to make sure you get a good impressions of your teeth. Most important: Give it a few days. At first it feels like something in your mouth. Duh! But after about 2 nights I was very accomplished to it. It makes sure that lower jaw doesn’t fall back while sleeping. I had a CPAP for two years. You want to talk uncomfortable!! This is way to carry around (travel) and easy to use. Once in a while it came out or better put in my sleep I took out. But interestingly, after a week or so, when I did take out I didn’t snore or do the apnea thing. It’s $40 give it a try. But BE PATIENT. Get use to it. By the way it never hurt.

Mouthpieces are a bit of a hit or miss in the snoring department. They're also notoriously hard to mold. This mouthpiece was on the easier side of molding, my teeth sank right in and the molding tool was a great addition to getting this as perfect as possible without going to a dentist. Since my snoring problem was the lower jaw relaxing with a significant overbite I used the shortest setting right away. It pulls my jaw forward, somewhat aggressively which is needed. I woke a few times feeling my jaw try to slide back but the mouthpiece did it's job. This did what I bought it to do, stop snores and adjust my overbite. Setup was a bit more involved than other mouthpieces because it's two piece design. But it was a needed tradeoff for jaw alignment and breathing.
