    This product saved our sleep. My husband has ALWAYS snored terrible terrible snoring. Well, when his allergies caused him congestion it was an absolute nightmare trying to sleep. One night with this thing and ALL THE SNORING STOPPED!! Unbelievable!! He sleeps great , I sleep great everyones happy. He did experience some soreness the first couple of weeks but that went away and is now one of the most important devices in our home

    So far, my experience with this device has been a revelation. I've been tracking my sleep with an app and it has, overall, improved my snoring from pretty obnoxious to almost imperceptible. I have it set to a pretty high setting, so your experience may vary, but if you do try it, play around with slowly extending the lower mouth piece until you find your sweet spot. Now, there's the "if" part: this may or may not bring you the same results, mostly because not everyone's snoring is caused by the same issue(s). So take the whole thing with a grain of salt. I have friends who have tried various devices, from cheap to full-on custom and have had highly variable results. I tried a cheaper unit before this one, and found that it did improve my snoring and sleep, and then invested in a little higher-priced guard after I was confident that it would work for me. Even with turbinate reduction surgery, there's enough stuff floating around that I don't breathe 100% clearly, so I deal with the guard and only have my mouth open a bit and it seems to work. My next one will definitely have a hinged jaw. The plastic is a little on the hard side, and it will take a while to get used to it, in addition to likely a bit of soreness in your teeth since it uses them to bring your lower jaw forward. But the results are hard to argue with. Overall, if you think (or better yet, know) a device will help with your snoring, I can't do anything except recommend trying this one out. The adjustability is nice.

    I like that this device is so simple to use. Took me a couple of nights to get used to it. Works like a charm. Even decided to have a few drinks and then use it. No snoring at all. No jaw problem in the morning a huge plus! Highly recommend you give it a try.

    I have used this product for years and have loved it. It has helped so much when I sleep with my husband because apparently, my snoring sounded like a freight train. Certainly isn't possible! I find it comfortable and when it starts stretching too much after about a year, i order a new one. I recommend this to anyone who has trouble with snoring. I do not have sleep apnea.

    I think I left it in the hot water for too long and deformed it. But it doesn't affect my use of it. It must be used according to the method in the manual. I mainly have the habit of grinding my teeth while sleeping. I will buy another one later. recommend👍

    It took a few nights to get used to sleeping with the device in place but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Easy to look after - you can clean it with regular toothpaste or mouthwash and I’m sure other things would work equally well.

    I have used these appliances for a number of years & it stops my snoring most of the time. They take some getting used to but are more comfortable than any other type that I have tried. They last for several years then need replacement to be effective. I have an average size mouth and the small size is more comfortable for me.

    I have tried most of the off brand devices, they are either too hard, poorly shaped or poorly sized. This one is comfortable, easy to get used to and works very well. I don't like to spend more than necessary, but this one is worth the price. I use it with a nose strip and find it well worth the price. Plus they last a LONG time!

    It works well, however I have sensitive gums and the part that goes over your teeth was making my gums hurt. I took some scissors and cut it back where it is only over my teeth and it works great! There are other devices similar out there but this one is the more comfortable (even more with my modifications)

    It does work - I can't say I love it, so I'll give it 4 stars, but that is just because there is an adjustment period of several nights and it does seem strange, at first. However, after a week, I am able to sleep with it just fine. My husband says it looks ridiculous and he's not wrong. I will say though, I just went on vacation and there was 3 of us in 1 room. I did not disturb anyone's sleep. Normally, it would have been a nightmare for them and a lot of complaining about my snoring in the morning. The fact they said I didn't snore and everyone (including me) slept well, I would say it's a WIN. I would recommend trying it for sure!

    This simple appliance is more comfortable and more effective than the two other custom made oral appliances I purchased from the Dentist for over $6000 dollars. My sleep apnea occurs because my tongue falls back into my throat while sleeping. The dental oral appliances pulls the chin forward to prevent the tongue from falling back. They work fine but cause pain to the jaw and move your teeth by pushing them back. I had to get braces to correct my teeth misalignment after using my first oral appliance. Then I had to purchase a very expensive oral appliance that could accommodate wearing braces. The second oral appliance was even larger and more uncomfortable. The device is comfortable, fits nicely over my braces aligner retainer, and prevents my tongue from falling back, allowing me to breathe and sleep.     Not everyone benefits from this type of device or can wear it. It works for me helping to hold my tongue gently forward. I cannot wear other devices as they mess up my bite

You can also reach out to the company for tips. There's a certain way to get the tip of your tongue to stay in there, and there's a certain way to get it out. 2. If you don't clean it properly, bacteria can grow. Bacteria can cause gum recession, so good oral hygiene is vital if you're gonna use this. Follow the directions and clean it regularly. I use denture cleaning tablets and a container designed for cleaning oral appliances. 3.     So if you’re reading this you are most likely desperate like I was to find a snoring solution that worked. I had been banished to a “snore room” at 47! Missing my husband I tried all sorts of products. None worked, very expensive and super uncomfortable. I do not have sleep apnea just snore. This one is pricey for what it is AND it works!!     Over the past few years, I have tried EVERYTHING you can think of to stop snoring. Nasal plugs, nasal fans, breathing strips, special pillows.. everything. I figured I'd try this device out. And it actually worked great. Stopped snoring the first night. The custom mold makes it fit super nice with your teeth. Love it, and would recommend it to anyone. And my wife sleeps so much better now thst I don't snore ridiculously loud.

    I tired the regular size of the device, it was to large. It's very easy to use and get the hang of the suction for my tongue, just to big. I emailed the seller, Sunday evening and they emailed me the next day. John, the Relations Manager, couldn't be more understanding and accommodating. They have already shipped me the smaller size.
