    According to my wife I snore like a chainsaw. I had used a mouthpiece years ago made by my dentist with some success but it was only an upper mouthpiece with a tab on the bottom to extend my lower jaw. It worked ok but was very uncomfortable based on the design so I quit using it. Upon ordering this product with both an upper and lower mouthpiece that was adjustable, I was hopeful. The very first night of use, I woke up a few times through the night but actually felt noticeably more rested than usual in the morning. My wife said my snoring was almost totally gone. I started out in a minimal lower jaw extension position and used it for two weeks in that position to allow my jaw to get used to it. I then extended my lower jaw to the next extended position and apparently that was where it needed to be. My snoring is gone. My wife wakes up in the middle of the night and checks to see if I’m still in bed next to her because I’m so quietly sleeping. Just a note or two. You might drool a lit...More

    My girlfriend can confirm it’s useful to help stop snoring. She is happy I purchased this and it definitely works. She has said Ive snored with it in but it’s helped considerably. It has taken a bit to get used to sleeping with it but not as bad as I expected. The instructions to form it to you mouth is very helpful and straightforward. I would recommend this to anyone.

    It took me a few nights to get use to it and I do not use it every night. I only use it when I actually wake up my wife snoring because thankfully I do not snore every night. But when I do put it in I stop snoring. So it works great for me. Sometimes my jaw is a little sore in the mornings but it’s not very often. Definitely give it a try especially for the price compared to other options.

    Turns out I'm just too stupid. Customer service responded to my earlier review with the offer of a replacement or refund. They also mentioned to press the clip on the lower piece and then clipping the two pieces together. I've already tried that, but I guess I didn't press the bottom piece hard enough, because when I gave it another go, the two pieces finally connected solid. My apologies for the earlier review, this should correct it.

    I don't usually leave reviews, but this product take the gold medal. I've tried few different products, but this one has it all. You are able to adjust the comfort level, molding was too easy, and what takes the gold is that you are able to take this apart to get a through wash, as bacteria's love to thrive in between the cracks. Other one's I've tried - didn't know until it broke - had the molding and the mouth piece built separate; thus causing saliva to seep between the cracks and harbor a colony of bacteria. I've been waking up refreshed since my body is able to get more needed oxygen that was previously rejected by my own snoring body... it is uncomfortable at first, but you'll get use to it - I promise.

    I loved this product it actually worked, prevented my snoring and my partner was able to get a peace night of sleep and I as well got more restful sleep where I wasn't fatigue and had good energy ( i wasnt yawning through breakfast lol). I loved how the product adjust took a couple of tries to find the correct adjustments for me. It does make the mouth protrude more than I like and only other problem was my tip and sides of my tounge rubbing on the mouth guard causing great irration to the point I got glossitis. So I nolonger use the product I contacted customer service and told them about the problem I faced with the product and they honored their warranty.

    First off, what a great job with delivery, had it within hours of ordering. 2nd, this product worked so well. I did have jaw pain the first night like what most people say, but with how bad my snoring was it is worth it. I have bad sleep apnia. Id snore so loud my throat hurt the rest of the day the following day. My heart actually started hurting because of how many times id stop breathing. This device made me sleep straight through the night basically. I dint remember when that happened last, maybe 15 years? Yes the jaw pain was decent, but i will continue to use and see if it goes away. Even if it doesnt I would have to say its a fair trade off. Lots of different adjustments for how you would like your jaw placed. Buy this thing if you snore.

    For years I used a dentist-made appliance that worked pretty well. It broke recently and I bought this as a temporary fix until I could get a new one from my dentist. It actually works better than the dentist-made one, as I have not experienced any snoring with this one whereas the dental appliance did allow a few moments of break-through snoring. It is slightly less comfortable, but I still sleep well with it. As a result, I cancelled my dentist appointment and plan on continuing to use this one. One slight downside: it has a vertical strip that is against the tip of my tongue and which was a little irritating for a few days, but now I don't notice it very much.

    I had used this product in the past and lost weight not needing to use it. Recently I gained weight and started snoring heavily again so I decided to purchase and renew my bit pattern on a new mouth guard.     So I have snored my whole life I figured it was just something I had to live with. I wake up every morning feeling exhausted and terrible. My wife suggested I had sleep apnea and needed to get a sleep study but I didn’t want to get mask. Things are loud and would suck having to wear every night. I gave this a try and didn’t snore all night (I got a sleep tracker to record my sleep) no snoring, my wife is sleeping better now, and after a week of using it I feel a significant difference in how I wake up.
