    My orthopedic surgeon and PT told me to start using a knee pillow for my side sleeping. This fits the bill. The material is sturdy and holds up well. Helps me keep my spine aligned and less stiff, in the morning. Just wish I could find a cover to fit this, since the case it comes with is woven in a way that attracts and collects hair abs whatever “fuzzies” it comes in contact with.

    I moved from one of the "triangle" shaped knee pillows to this. There's more support for my hip/leg. It is taking me a little to get used to the larger and more square pillow.

    It does what it’s intended to do, it helps keep my legs straight which takes pressure off my back, but it doesn’t help my osteoarthritis in my knee at all. If anything I wake up a bit more sore in the right knee and I assume it’s because of being in a bent position while using this pillow. Overall it’s worth the price.

    I am a side sleeper and I have used random pillows between my knees for years, but this pillow is not only comfortable, (i forget it’s there, literally!) but my lower back stiffness and pain I usually have in the morning is gone! I love how the pillow can go in many places between the legs. Very happy w this purchase :)

    My hips have been hurting and I was trying to use a throw pillow. Not only was that uncomfortable and clunky but it helped just enough to make me realize I need something more suited to my specific need. This stays put SO much better than a throw pillow and is comfortable with the contours. And since it's not floppy it rolls with me very easily if I need to change sides.

    Before buying this I would wake up multiple times a night just to roll over from the pain and discomfort. In the morning I would continue to feel pain while walking. This pillow has remedied most of this! It has significantly decreased the amount of times I wake up and the pain after getting out of bed. The fabric covering is soft and the pillow is very comfortable.

    Hip issues myself, but it could be used for comfort for an arm or to slightly raise a leg or between the knees. It's small so for me, better than a bed pillow. The contoured foam holds up and the cover can be removed to wash. So far I'm pleased with my purchase.

    My bony knees dig into each other when I sleep on my side, as is my preference. For years, I have slept with a small throw pillow to cushion the knees. This is MUCH better. Because of the scooped shape cutout, it's much less likely to wander away when I'm sleeping. And the scoop-out goes all the way through. Previously, I tried a more rounded knee pillow, but the scoop ended, so I think your knee was supposed to go inside the scoop. But the angle was wrong, and if I put my leg over the end, my circulation was cut and my foot when to sleep. This lets me adjust how much I curl up my legs and it doesn't hurt my circulation.
