   It fits my neck, the is no fighting with regular pillows to fit under your neck for proper alignment. I havent bought the pillow case for it yet, but plan to, for now I use a regular case.

   I had several spine injuries so finding the right pillow is important. I needed a thin pillow so I appreciate how it supports side laying and back laying, without raising my neck higher. It still wasn't perfect as sometimes I have to rotate with this pillow and my regular thin pillow if I'm in a lot of pain, but overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. When I got sick really bad this pillow also provided a lot of comfort for me being in bed for a long time. Helped to use as a back support when sitting up as well.

   My wife got this pillow for herself to help with her sleeping. I tried taking a nap on it and I felt some instant relief. I just got this pillow and I slept like a rock on Saturday. My upper back and neck are feeling much better after one night and one nap with this pillow.

   Just get it!! I’ve been very uncomfortable sleeping for some time now, always had neck pain and it gives me a migraine. My husband and both got one and the past 3 nights of having this pillow I just want to stay in bed haha it’s VERY comfortable! Someone might find it kind of uncomfortable at first bc it has the divots for your head and hand placement if you wanted to sleep on your side but me..I love it. It does have a slight smell which is normal since it’s made from a specific material but it is not toxic at all. The smell went away pretty quick and it’s not bad at all. Highly recommend!!!

   The softness is terrific. But the height of the pillow is not high enough to support my neck. Don’t like the middle of the pillow

   Haven't adjusted to this pillow yet . Have it in my bed but always end using my normal pillows. Is comfortable but a little strange. I am used to the pillow been a little bigger this this pillow.

   At first, the way it is pictured to be used was too low and uncomfortable. After I turned it the other way/flipped it, it was perfect for me. I sleep on my side and constantly had neck pain and pillow problems. This pillow helps with my sinuses and keeps me in the right position. I have no more neck or shoulder pain. I got it at a good price and my normal silk pillow case still fit on it. I did have to get used to not being able to put my arms under the pillow like I used to, but overall worth it for it getting rid of my neck pain. 9.5/10 recommend.

   Took a few days to get used to. First several days horrible snoring that woke my partner up (and myself a few times) but then got got way better then before. Back sleep and side sleep both very comfortable. Neck pain gone after 6 days. Only possible negative comment is no standard pillowcase fits very well. Completely irrelevant in my opinion because this is not a standard pillow. The provided cover removes and can be hand washed without a problem. I don't know how well it works in a machine washer and probably never will find out because I don't want any risk of damaging it, not hard to soak and wash.

   The pillow is very comfortable and I love that there were two different height adjustments. It was probably the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried. I just wish they made them in higher versions as unfortunately I have nasal issues and must sleep almost sitting up esp througout the winter or my sinuses drain into my throat.Though if it were higher it may mess up the alignment of back and neck so I may be asking for something that isn't possible. I tried to use this pillow to replace the upright one I have and it wasn't high enough for me but I believe it would be for most people. I am keeping the pillow to use during the summer as the upright one I have can be hard for side sleeping and hoping the drainage won't be as bad in summer. I believe it would help with neck pain but won't know until I use it more regularly.

   I’m a side sleeper so I would often get shoulder, neck, and back pain. Literally it’s so bad that some days I feel like I can barely walk. I ordered this pillow not expecting much tbh. Boyyyy was I wrong, I slept so well. It’s comfortable, it keeps your head up, and most importantly all my pain are gone!!! This also helps with fine line if you’re a side sleeper as it prevents your face from crushing against the pillow. I’ve been sleeping on this for the past 2 weeks and I feel so good. No more going to the massage, no more pain when walking. So happy I found this pillow, it really changed my life!

   I fell in love with this pillow the very first night I used it. The way it cradles my head provides comfort for back or side sleeping and protects me from twisting my neck, getting kinks, and waking up in pain. However, I've had it for a month, have washed the pillowcase twice, and the plastic zipper is now completely useless -- already. That doesn't sound important, but the way this pillow is designed, the pillowcase is what REALLY holds its shape tightly together. We can't just throw a different pillowcase on, it has to be the one that comes with the product. I wanted to write a RAVE review, but now it is almost worthless to me.

   I have been searching for a pillow that would provide comfort and hold my head in a stable position as I sleep. I have purchased at least 9 pillows over the past 5 years, and always ended up disappointed. I struggle with chronic neck pain and migraines, so finding a comfortable pillow that cradles my head and keeps it in place, so I don’t end up with a neck twisted sideways has been a challenge . I honestly did not expect much from this pillow but from the first time I tried it, it felt so comfortable. It’s not too firm, which has been a problem in the past, it’s not too soft, so my head doesn’t sink in too far, like a down pillow. It somehow, for me, provides that Goldilocks just right level of support. I am a back and side sleeper, and this accommodates both positions. I love that it has a removable, washable cover with a zipper so keeping it clean is not a problem. Also, it doesn’t get too hot. This one is a keeper!
