    I don't normally write reviews, but I'm going to for this pillow. I have damage to vertebrae C3-C7 and a lot of pain. I use this pillow to sleep and it's great. The varying levels mean different parts of my head, neck and chin are supported.

    A hard rock on the first week, it became softer and softer, I have using it for a month, it is very comfortable and getting optimal height for my neck now. It is not recommended to people sleeping supine, too high. Good pillow for side sleeping and those with neck pain problem.

    At first I was not happy with the pillow. The pillow case is small creating a tight/compressed pillow when the case is on it. It was not soft or comfortable to me. I took off the pillow case they provided and put it in a regular case with a loose fit. So much better! Now that the air beads in it can move, it is now comfortable and soft enough. I still prefer the feel of a down feather pillow, however I always wake up with every nerve in my neck feeling inflamed causing a severe headache when I sleep on one. I give this pillow 5 stars because all of that has been alleviated with this pillow. Feels great to not wake up in pain.

    Excellent shopper
    I got this pillow yesterday and used it last night. I truly believe I slept 7 hours in the same position I went to sleep in. I am a back and side sleeper with a CPAP mask and no matter what position I tried before falling asleep it was comfortable.
