   I have had one of these for several months, and it really helps me not snore. My wife gets a lot more sleep when I have it in my mouth. I lost the first one, so this is my second. It is worth the cost.

   Works really well. It molds to your teeth so don't have to worry about it coming loose. I feel more rested. I wake up less. Only problem is when I wake up my teeth and jaw are sore but it goes away after a little while.

   This mouthpiece works amazing and it saves my marriage every night! I've tried all different types of anti snoring devices and none work as good as this one. Only downside is when I sleep on my back it falls out. Truly is a great produce.

   I kept waking up because I was gasping for air! It's a little big in my mouth, but it still does the job. Its not 100% but I have not changed the settings yet. A friend of mine just paid around 8k for something like this from the dentist. YES, you read that right, so even if I have to replace it periodically as some have indicated, it is still a good deal.

   I'm a very loud snorer and my wife used to punch me or shake me because of the snoring. Not anymore. While not totally getting rid of the snoring it did reduce it to light snoring. The best thing is I sleep much better. That's not just because of not getting punched, but also because I sleep more soundly. I've seen the results. I wear a samsung watch which monitors my sleep and records my snoring. When looking at the records it shows a marked improvement in oxygen levels, less snoring and more consistent sleep with less waking. So over all I am very pleased with this product. One thing I do want to mention is, like many others have mentioned, I did have jaw pain for about 3 weeks. I recommend slowly adjusting the mouth piece over a couple weeks to get used to it rather than going for getting rid of the snoring right off the bat like I did.    This product actually works at least for me. My wife says I don’t make a sound. It made my jaw and teeth sore for a few weeks. It doesn’t bother me now and still works great.

   My husband loves this product; he reports that is of good quality, easy to use, very comfortable, and cleans well. It came with a case to keep it in. I love it because it stops his nightly teeth grinding and yes, his snoring! Great product, good value!

   I used the Silent Nite before, but it broke after a couple of years of daily use. I depended on it, but didn't want to go back to the dentist to get my teeth impressions and pay over $1K. I used this and after the first day I had to readjust the position. Then on day 2 it was much better. I'm now a couple of weeks into using this and it works great.

   My husband has tried several remedies for snoring, including from medical professionals. Nothing worked. He was sleeping on the couch and still driving me crazy with the snoring. He said it was tight and hurt his mouth for a few nights but said he’s used to it now. I rarely ever hear him snore now. It’s worth its weight in gold. We’re sharing a bed again and I can sleep at night, finally.

   Likes: Price, easy directions, easy to mold, FDA-cleared, good to try if you looking for a solution to snoring. Cons: Hard to adjust as far as millimeters, is uncomfortable at first Great Product!

   I purchased this anti-snoring device for my husband to help with his loud snoring at night. The adjustable and customizable features make it easy to fit comfortably in his mouth.    This mouth guard has been a lifesaver for my sleep! It's comfortable to wear throughout the night, molding perfectly to the shape of my mouth. It's also helped reduce my snoring (and apparently my teeth grinding!), which is a win-win for me and my partner. Cleaning it's a breeze under running water, and it comes in a handy container for storage. It is a full-coverage mouth guard, so it takes some getting used to compared to other types. But for a good night's sleep free of snoring and teeth grinding, it's absolutely worth a little adjustment period.

   I have been using a c pap for over 20 yrs and was tired of lugging it around when I traveled. So after trying different devices , I came upon this product, and it actually worked. skeptical at first. but now I'm extremely happy , I can travel and not worry about carrying around my dark passenger.

   The anti snoring mouthpiece mouth guard is easy to use but requires initial teeth molding, similar to standard mouth guards. If it's your first time using such a device, it's advisable to read the included instructions. The mouthpiece comes with a holder for easy heating in hot water to create the mold. Once molded, it used like a regular mouth guard, simply needing to be worn during sleep. The ability to adjust the fit ensures it is comfortable and effective.    This mouth guard is comfortable to wear throughout the night and molds to the shape of your mouth. It also helps reduce snoring by introducing some gap between the teeth to open up an airway so that there is no trouble normal breathing through the night. The mouth guard has been easy enough to clean under running water, and it came in a nice looking container. Note that it is a full mouth guard so it covers all of your teeth which also helps avoid teeth grinding at night.

   I wanted to wait a few weeks to make sure this was working for me before reviewing. To start, I snore because I'm over weight. No other reason. This works wonders for me. It's easy to fit to your teeth, just follow the directions. I do wish that the adjustment slide piece wasn't so easy to move when I'm sleeping. I also wish there was some sort of tongue holder. I have woken up in the night because it fell out, but no biggie. I do recommend giving it a try to see if it works for you because it sure works for me. My wife is much happier now that she can sleep through night without me snoring her awake.

   First off, I grind my teeth terribly as well as snore. Was not sure about this as my original one was fit and ordered by my dentist. Thought for the price I would take a chance. Original order things were not just right. Contacted them and Zach sent out not one but 2 replacements. Was really leery about how to go about boiling and cooling but finally did and realized I was over thinking it. My only complaint would be how hard it is to make out the up arrow! You definitely need it on your upper teeth to align the lower teeth to be jutting out after fitting. Highly recommend this. Thank you so much.

   The device is easy to mold to fit my mouth, ensuring a comfortable fit throughout the night. It significantly reduced my snoring from the first night of use, much to the relief of my partner.    If you are looking for an easy to sleep with device, probably give this a skip. However, if you’re like me who is desperate to solve your snoring issue please give this a go. Pros: - Mouldable mouthpiece - Effectively stopped snoring - Improved airflow Cons - Huge mouthpiece (see picture) can be a discomfort as your mouth is left ajar - Bite discomfort for a few hours in the morning as your jaw is effectively locked in an usual position overnight Tips - Start small with incremental setting - Find your best setting and stick to it (I’m only using 2 and it stopped my snoring) - Clean with toothpaste and brush after use

   My husband's loud snoring always affects my sleep quality. This anti-snoring mouthguard saved me. It has really worked since my husband started wearing it, and now there is almost no sound when he sleeps. The braces fit my husband's mouth very well, making them comfortable for him to wear. The braces come with a small box, which is easy to carry and easy to clean. I clean them with toothpaste and toothbrush, and then rinse them with water.
